About Spinal Flow Technique
Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle yet powerful light-touch therapeutic approach that blends philosophy, science, and a deep respect for your body’s built-in wisdom. Developed by Dr. Carli Axford after more than 20 years of research and clinical work, it taps into the idea that your body already knows how to heal itself—if we can only clear what’s in the way.
We know that stress — whether physical, emotional or related to our food and environment — creates tension in our body and nervous system. This can block the flow of energy through our spine and restriction the full function of our body. Spinal Flow doesn’t push or manipulate, it gently invites the body to release those blockages and allow our energy to flow easily.

You may have seen videos of Spinal Flow Technique being demonstrated a training events - they often show people moving spontaneously during treatments. This is fascinating to see but a treatment doesn't have that effect on everyone - some breathe more deeply, others are quite still. The changes and healing that happen as a result of Spinal Flow do not rely on lots of movement during treatments.

Who it’s for
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
